That is right because I didn't care to run grammar checkers on this post. Most reviews on online are fake-they are either paid by the software company and produce a biased story or do the review on silly gimmick parameters.īut, to make my tentative conclusion is: grammarly, Editor and Wordfull are the three services which are worthy of your money/time. It would be great if somebody can do an extensive tests on these softwares. Have you guys test any of these services? Unless the user is careful, it suggests some destructive changes.
Wordeep is as good as Grammarly for getting errors. I am impressed by this less known software known as Writefull. I then check if a software catches all or some of them.,

Note that I am trying the free versions of all the above softwares except Prowrtingaid and Antidote. Ranking 3: Editor/Grammarly > Writefull > Antidote/wordeep I did a sligly more complex tests in this case where the agreement between subject and verb appears at far distances.Īs you can see, Ms editor performed as good as Grammarly in this case. You can accept or reject them with a single click. Writefulls suggestions appear to the right of your text. I also didn't add the less promising ones such as Prowrtingingaid. Using Artificial Intelligence, it corrects grammar, punctuation, word use, and more - tailored to research writing.

New comer softwares such as Microsoft's Editor do much better job.Īfter doing a series of tests, here is my ranking of grammar checkers I have tests: To my dismay, two of my favorite softwares which I spent a lot of money on, such as ProWritingAid and Droid's Antidote, did a terrible job. I did a couple of tests to see which of the grammar checkers do good at fixing grammar errors.
